At Qi Supplements, we want you to feel as balanced in our apparel as you do in your practice. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
